Indiana University Auditorium tickets & upcoming events

Looking for a venue that really captures the spirit of Bloomington? The Indiana University Auditorium is just that place. Nestled near the corner of Indiana Avenue and Tenth Street, this spot isn’t just about catching a show, it’s about the whole experience. I’ve been there for jazz festivals, and let me tell you, the atmosphere is electric, especially during the Bloomington Jazz Festival where both seasoned musicians and eager fans fill the room with energy. The lobby alone is worth a peek, with colorful visual art displays and heritage exhibits that give you a taste of IU’s rich history. The mezzanine is super comfy, with plush seats and a classy, refined vibe, perfect for settling in with a snack and soaking up the show. It’s also a hub for local arts, hosting the annual Bloomington Chamber Music Festival and events by the IU School of Fine Arts, so it’s always alive with creative energy. Plus, the staff is friendly and knows their stuff when it comes to helping you find the best seats or get around campus. Whether you're after the thrill of a front-row seat for a big concert or just want to enjoy a laid-back night of live music, the IU Auditorium has options for everyone. And with the campus shuttle running right nearby, getting there is a breeze. Trust me, once you step inside, it’s hard not to get swept up in the magic of live performances happening right in your backyard.
